Jeong (정) Table
In September, I hosted Jeong (정) Table, an intimate gathering of 30 guests centered on the Korean concept of jeong (정)—the profound, enduring bond formed through time, shared experiences, and shared meals.
I developed the full concept, designed and produced the décor, crafted place cards featuring a written reflection on jeong (정), and cooked a four-course menu of regional Korean dishes from Gyeongsan Province alongside custom cocktails.
The evening served as both a communal experience and a personal farewell to Amsterdam and the relationships that shaped my years there.
Jeong (정) Table was a complete creative undertaking—culinary, spatial, emotional, and storytelling—brought to life through design, hospitality, and the invisible thread that connects people through food.
